The Time Fuck Bandit is back at it again! And this time, he's got a new machine to play with. The protagonist has infiltrated a television studio, because he's always been attracted to the weather reporter (Hayama Mizuki). And at first, the protagonist gets a little silly as he messes with the news team, plays some pranks and tries out his new device. Eventually, he goes for some quality time with the beautiful Hayama Mizuki and time definitely stops for these two.
