The Head Master is quite upset with Keagan again. It seems he has gotten at least six phone calls complaining about Keagan. Apparently she's too loud, singing, yelling, screaming, and shouting every day throughout the day. For Keagan it's punishment time again, she must shut up and bend over the table and get's a paddling with her jeans on. She is told to go to her room where she must pull down her jeans and more paddling is done.
