Cleo generally does a great job of overseeing the girls in the sorority house. However one of her girls, Chloie has had a gradual slip in her grades. Too much time with friends and too many parties... Cleo then decides that the only way she can turn this young lady around is to tie her into submission. Her ties are simple at first, but each becomes more intricate. Chloie decides to pretend to enjoy the ties as she sees how Cleo reacts to her struggles. Then her actions become flirtatious as she persuades Cleo to become tied up by her. The deception has succeeded as Chloie ties her into numerous revealing potions. She then advises several of the other sorority sisters to come over to see what she has done to his iron handed sorority mother!
