This is Bob's special smoke series and as a director, he informs his lovely models to smoke a cigarette whenever they get the urge. Those moments blend into the fabric of the scene beautifully and almost seamlessly, but since the girls usually smoke only one cigarette, taking those parts out makes for lots of short scenes.
