Don Memo, an elderly man, lies in bed, exhausted and without strength, victim of the inexhaustible passion of his wife, Diann Ornelas. Desperate, she calls the doctor to check him out, but after a quick diagnosis, the doctor concludes: "The problem is not him, it's the dose." Before Diann's pleading gaze, the doctor, with a vocation for service, offers himself as an alternative treatment. Don Memo, half fainted, only manages to murmur: "That is quality medical care."
