While Billy is away for the day on business, he leaves one of his buddies to watch the house. There have been burglaries in the neighborhood and his step daughter can't keep her panties on around her boyfriend so Billy wanted some security. The two house-sitters end up fucking the pool girl, Billy's girlfriend and his step daughter (at her insistence). Billy's girlfriend also does some carpet munching with the maid. Meanwhile, the burglar follows this fuck fest from room to room stealing all he can. When Billy returns, he discovers his things are stolen and give the boy the old heave-ho.
