Kiki has probably done something audacious in some sort of expensive department store and decides it's time to high-tail it out of there, merchandise in hand. She nimbly scrambles into a vacant taxi and desperately pleads for him to drive her somewhere away from the immediate area - anywhere. He quickly gets a handle on the situation and decides to use it to his advantage to give a proper fucking... just like the proper fucking she gave whatever store she ran out of.
