A neighbor girl named Nicole is taken into a lair by a figure referred to as the Hunter. Upon arrival, her elbows are securely bound with rope behind her back. The Hunter then gags her by stuffing a rag into her mouth and sealing it with duct tape wrapped around her head. Next, he positions her upside down on a trapeze bar, instructing her to hold onto her stiletto heels to avoid falling. He tightly binds her ankles and wrists while she maintains her grip on her heels. A rope is secured around her waist and pulled between her legs, adding to her precarious position.

With her legs bent over the bar, Nicole is able to release her grip on her heels. Additional ropes are used to secure her shoulders and connect to her wrists, forcing her arms into a harsh chicken wing position. The rope tied between her elbows is pulled tight, creating a severe back arch as she hangs upside down in a restrictive hogtie.
