A character named Alba is tightly bound in a catsuit and secured with extensive tape around various parts of her body, including her arms, waist, thighs, and ankles, with her hands positioned behind her. She is gagged with stuffing in her mouth and duct tape wrapped around her head, resulting in muffled sounds that indicate her distress, potentially in Italian.

Despite her efforts to express her discontent, her protests are reduced to muffled noises. After a period, her initial gag is removed but replaced with more stuffing and a wider cleave-gag secured with orange tape, which leads to increased plaintive sounds from her. A second layer of clear tape is applied, intensifying her muffled vocalizations.
