Disappearances in a Duke's domain have attracted international concern. The Italian Secret Service dispatched top agent Alba Zevon to investigate the mysterious vanishing of young women in the area. Alba successfully navigates initial security measures and enters the Duke's estate, but is soon captured by the Duke's men.

Claiming to be a lost tourist, Alba maintains her confidence despite her capture. However, the security chief is suspicious of her demeanor and decides to subject her to an extended bondage ordeal in the dungeon to uncover her true identity. She is forced to remove her catsuit and is left naked and restrained in solitary confinement, chained to the ceiling.

Alba, a resourceful agent, attempts to escape using items found in her cell, but her efforts are futile. Initially, her wrists are bound with chromed handcuffs and her ankles with leg irons. After a difficult night, her restraints are changed to heavier leg irons and rigid police speedcuffs, with a large ballgag added to limit her ability to speak.
