Bounty hunter Jackie Jupiter is in pursuit of the notorious criminal known as Black Bart. During her search, she finds his girlfriend, Scarlett Skies, hiding in a hotel room. Jackie restrains Scarlett using zip ties. Shortly after, Black Bart arrives and captures Jackie, also binding her with zip ties. He then frees Scarlett, and the two leave the scene together, leaving Jackie gagged and bound in a hogtie, awaiting help.
