UltraGirl pursued the villainous Dr. DNA and located his abandoned factory lair in the wilderness. Upon entering, she attempted to surprise him but was caught off guard when he activated a hidden console. Steel cuffs emerged and restrained her using the earth's magnetic field, rendering her immobile and allowing Dr. DNA to manipulate her position. She was forced into various humiliating poses, and Dr. DNA used the cuffs to make her harm herself. Fearing for her life, she eventually lost consciousness. Upon waking, she discovered herself tightly mummified to a pole, suspended above the ground, with her power belt and boots removed. An electrical band around her head caused her to drool helplessly, while Dr. DNA explained his plan to collect her saliva to extract her DNA and learn the secret of her powers. As the process unfolded, UltraGirl struggled but was unable to escape her predicament. After enduring a massive shock from the electrical band, she blacked out again. When she regained consciousness, she found herself bound in another room, awaiting transfer to her new captor, The Collector. Dr. DNA carried her to a transport vehicle as she struggled in bondage and a gag, unsure of her fate and whether she could escape.
