Notes:

This is the first disc we have done that have Forced subtitles on it.
This one has a seperate SUP file for them, so we have just muxed that
in, and set it as forced+default. We hope that most players support that.

The REMUX rules doesn't state anything about subtitles, and the rules to be
considered for REMUX releases, doesn't cover subtitles. They just state that
"e;Tracks must be muxed in as is without any modification."e;

However if a SUP track has forced subtitles inside it, it seems that some
players have issues to detect the forced subs inside the SUP track, and will
not show them.

We have seen several releases, that does not show the forced subtitles, in
any of the players we have availbale, in such situations.

When we encounter a SUP track that has forced subtitles inside, we will create
a SRT file for the forced subtitles and mux that in as forced+default.

If that is the best solution we don't know. But it is defenately better, than
having the forced subtitles to not show at all.

Would be good if groups could aggree on how to handle forced subtitles on
REMUX releases.
