Six black 20-somethings -- four women and two men -- share their lives and loves in a Brooklyn brownstone. A trio of women share one of the apartments, receiving frequent visits from a fourth pal; meanwhile, two men who've been friends for years share an apartment one floor up.
Episode Summary: Regine begins dating a single father named Patrick. She gets along wonderfully with his adorable daughter Camille, and agrees to spend the day with her while Patrick is away in New Jersey on business. When Patrick is delayed, Camille spends the night at the apartment. She suffers from a stomachache, and Regine runs herself ragged trying to care for the girl. Regine tells Patrick she is not ready to be a mother, but he urges her not to worry, as they are a long way from taking this step. Kyle becomes a Big Brother to a young boy named Kevon, but the boy prefers spending time with "e;Uncle Obie"e; to Kyle's dull, educational outings.Tag:Kevon pesters Kyle and Overton to teach him the facts of life.
