Shout out to CRFW! Yeah, yeah, I know this is cropped to fit 16x9 AR, and I'm as frustrated as you, but even so -- this is by far, the best quality source we have for this classic show, with a significant improvement in resolution, film grain, highlights, shadows, contrast ratio and colour gamut with HDR plus DoVi. Despite some misinformation and complaints online (calibrate your displays folks!), Nutflex did use a much higher resolution scan of the original source elements, and it definitely shows, even with a limited bitrate and compression artifacts. For any doubters, see this comparison between older retail DVD 4:3 480p, Google 4:3 1080p and this Netflix 16:9 2160p release.
Heads up, some episodes have been renamed from their initial filenames, in order to match the original intended viewing order, which is the production run or DVD Order. For anyone using PLEX, make sure to select The TVDB (DVD) for your sorting order to match correctly!
Ideally, one day this will be replaced with a proper UHD Blu-ray Boxset, similar to its lesser copycat cousin, F*iends, which got one not long ago! Until that day comes, enjoy the comforting nostalgia of the past, like I do, before Nitflox decides to pull this or lower the bitrate even more.
