From 1983-1987 the events aired live on closed-circuit TV under the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) banner. Beginning in 1987, the events started airing live on pay-per-view TV while still under the NWA banner. In November 1988 the company was rebranded as World Championship Wrestling. Beginning in 1991 and lasting until 2001, the pay-per-view events were promoted under the WCW banner.

Everything upscaled using Topaz AI from the WWE Network source. I kept the original 720p as it looks a lot better than 1080p and takes hours less time to convert. The clarity and quality level are the best you can get without a proper remaster. Seems all we will ever have is a lazy upscale on the WWE Network. This pack includes all PPVs and Clash of the Champions from the year 1988.

I plan to upload Starrcade 1983-1987 in a pack next. I am working on converting WCW 1991-1994 right now but it takes around 8 hours a show to convert. I have WWE 1991 and 1992 ready to go and will release those next. I am happy to share this project with others instead of just hoarding it all to myself.
