The movie depicts the harsh realities and madness of life within a Russian convent.

In the first part, the narrative continues with a young sister who, after engaging in a sexual act with a gardener, is subjected to severe punishment by the Mother Superior and two monks. She is undressed, tied to a wooden bench, and brutally whipped, resulting in significant physical harm. In the second part, another young sister faces punishment for a lesbian encounter with a fellow sister. She is stripped and made to bend over a table, where she is lashed with a rattan rod by a sadistic monk, leaving her injured. The film highlights the extreme and disturbing treatment of the characters within the convent setting.
