DTS-HD MA 2.0 audio from Blu-ray losslessy converted to FLAC 2.0.
Named chapters adapted from NTSC DVD.
NTSC DVD does contain lossy Dolby 4.0 sound, but it's not a perfect sync to the Blu-ray
and barely adds anything to the rear output.
