The clip begins with Rachel being freed from her neckrope and seated in a chair. Dr. Cupcakes instructs Dixie to prepare the next gag, which involves a large sponge to be placed in Rachel's mouth. After demonstrating how to insert it, the sponge is fully sealed in with clear tape, causing Rachel difficulty in breathing due to a runny nose. To alleviate this, Dr. Cupcakes uses a dental gag to force her mouth open wide, leading Rachel to express discomfort through moans and squeals as he continues to manipulate her. Following this, Dr. Cupcakes wraps Rachel's arms behind her back with black tape, creating a straitjacket-like appearance while leaving her chest exposed. Dixie, acting like a puppeteer, makes Rachel dance while she can only make muffled sounds and drool. Eventually, Dr. Cupcakes removes the gag and places a rubber swim cap on Rachel's head, which causes her legs to tremble. He then adds a rope harness over the tape, concluding the segment.
