Ballet Sub Ella – one last challenge

As the end of a challenge approached, a final task was presented involving the use of heavy ankle cuffs. The individual expressed surprise at their weight and requested to wear protective socks. After securing the cuffs, the decision was made to encourage standing and walking, despite the difficulties posed by the heavy restraints. This included navigating stairs while maintaining a balance.

After some time, the individual was found stretching and preparing to conclude the challenge. Upon finishing, they removed the cuffs and a posture collar that had been uncomfortable. The video concluded with demonstrations of impressive stretches and splits, highlighting the individual's skills and flexibility. There was an expressed desire to work with this individual again in the future.
