Ultra Girl is in search of Black Canary, who has reportedly gone missing while attempting to apprehend the Toy Maker. Upon entering the Toy Maker's hideout, Ultra Girl discovers a doll resembling herself. Unbeknownst to her, the Toy Maker employs spells to immobilize individuals. He seizes the doll, rendering Ultra Girl unable to move or speak, and she collapses onto a couch. He then removes her belt and wraps her in a strong plastic material, effectively gagging her. The Toy Maker watches over her while she remains trapped alongside the doll.
