The narrative unfolds in an industrial area where a character, dressed in an Oktoberfest barmaid outfit, finds herself restrained in the back of a van. She is bound hand and foot and gagged, attempting to escape her predicament but to no avail. A masked individual enters the van, announcing that she is the guest of the "Mad Binder" and that they will recreate scenes from her film and television roles, with an emphasis on improved bondage.

Left alone, she continues to struggle against her bindings. Eventually, her attire is adjusted, revealing more skin. When the opportunity arises, the masked figure uses a rope to lead her into an abandoned building, setting the stage for a memorable Halloween night.
