This is a longstanding series from Dream Ticket. Essentially, the series focuses on a female employee—secretary, doctor, elevator attendant, teacher, business REP, etc. Typically, each movie functions as a mock documentary, with interviews and segments shot in the actress&s workplace. The actress is eventually invited to a hotel suite for a meeting with the documentary makers. Introduction (0:01 ~ 3:05)

Koguchida is on the ground floor of a hospital, conversing with an unidentified female employee. Koguchida is wearing a lab coat, black stockings and black high heel shoes. The two women enter an elevator. We then see Koguchida conversing with a male visitor in a corridor. Later, Koguchida/Doctor Keiko is answering questions for the documentary.
