Q: Are you an expert on encoding and deinterlacing?
A: No. I find it interesting and try to learn as much as i can whenever i can. If you have constructive critizism that can help make my dvd encodes even better that would be great.

Q: How do you encode your stuff?
A: If im making a split scene dvdrip I would normaly start by chopping up the .vod files using Avidemux. Then i would encode using an ffmpeg command looking similar to this:
