Notes:
Demuxed video with MakeMKV, rest with eac3to.
Used 24-bit audio from GBR, audibly the same as UHD, but with a 16 kHz constant tone attenuated.
French subtitles on Netflix and English subtitles on BFI Player matched their respective discs, and were instead of OCRed options for SRT.
Criterion is from a slightly differently cut source, but the named chapters were possible to sync.
