Andre starts the seminar by talking about who may consider fisting and why they enjoy it.  She goes into safety, how your hands should be (no abrasions, manicures), enemas, toys and whether or not you should use lube (and types).  Andre starts with vaginal fisting and what types of techniques to use (and the difference between fisting and punch-fucking).  Joey uses a vibrator to get loose while being fisted.  She then goes into different types of positions that you can use while fisting (69, over-the-knee).
