For main audio Vinegar Syndrome had ideal nominal levels. Shout Factory amplified their levels so peaks were at maximum levels without any benefit to dynamic range. FRA and GER BDs had levels considerably lower than nominal which impacted on dynamic range.
Source audio was dual mono so stripped to mono and converted to lower bitrate DTS-HD MA core for bitstreaming compatibility.
For commentary, only Shout had a lossless version without restriction on upper frequency range unlike the lossy version on the UHD Blu-ray.
Trimmed out trailing Vinegar Syndrome logo credits after the end of the movie.
Note to self: Commentary from historian is below average, starts off really well with lots of facts but has long sections of silence (with almost muted movie audio) towards the end.
