[Real Spankings Institute] Summer is Punished by The Dean

After a discussion with her teachers, Summer learns she will receive her punishment in two stages today. First, she is instructed to bend over, exposing her bottom, which is then strapped firmly. Afterwards, she is placed in time out to allow the punishment to fully sink in, giving The Dean time to determine what implement to use next.

Later, The Dean has Summer bend back over, delivering numerous hard swats to her bottom with a heavy leather paddle. This makes her squirm and cry out. Her punishment is thorough and she is subsequently returned to time out.
