From the production:
A homicidal rapist forces his latest victim to watch film of his past victims he brutally raped than murdered. With each victim he increases the torture he inflicts on his captive.
The sex acts include rape roleplay, women tied up and blindfolded, blowjob, dildo fucking, anal fingering, pussy fucking (missionary, doggy), female masturbation. The killer came on the victim's faces or tits then (fake) killed them. The girl who is forced to watch the video has hooks applied on her mouth and pussy at the end, fake blood.
There are some dialogues where the killer speaks backward in German, with German subtitles hardcoded.
