Two individuals, Lydia Black and Luna LaVey, find themselves in a troubling scenario involving the modification of their ears. They are restrained, with a cable tie through their mouths and ear holes, and are compelled to respond to questions while struggling with excessive drooling. After the cable tie is removed, Luna is secured against a box, and Lydia is handcuffed to a ring. A ball gag is placed in Lydia's mouth, causing her to drool again as she is subjected to scrutiny. Another character, referred to as OT, enters with rope and begins to bind Lydia, gradually wrapping her in multiple layers until she is completely immobilized. Following this, Lydia's shirt is torn open, exposing her body as OT engages in cruel treatment, pinching her and forcing her to move by her nipples. Eventually, Lydia is thrown to the ground and, once rendered helpless, is hoisted by her ankles to hang from the ring above.
