Summary:

Amy Rogers, a romance novelist, seeks an inspirational location to complete her latest book. Her search leads her to an old Victorian mansion, where she discovers a mysterious doorway to an unused attic. In the attic, she finds a diary titled "The Personal Memoirs of Molly Mae," dated 1887. As she reads, Amy becomes fascinated and increasingly obsessed with the characters, particularly Molly Mae and her lover, Jason. This obsession leads to mystical experiences, blurring the lines between her reality and the diary's narrative.
