Summary: At a lavish party hosted by an unknown individual, a young woman named Linda encounters a charming Texan. Together, they embark on a quest to identify the enigmatic host. During their exploration of the house, they stumble upon a room that transforms into a projection space, where they watch an old stag film featuring a senior man seducing a middle-aged woman. Later, beside the pool, Linda meets the mysterious host, Darrin Blue. Through a series of flashbacks, Darrin reveals that the man in the film is actually him. "Take Off" is a modern interpretation of the Oscar Wilde concept of a man who remains ageless, with the twist that his image on an 8mm film shows signs of aging instead. Additionally, the narrative serves as a tribute to films from the 1930s to the 1960s, with Darrin embodying numerous beloved characters from that era.
