After a lengthy court process, the judge ruled in favor of D.C., leading to significant edits in the film, including the removal of the character's name and logo. The film was retitled "Ms. Magnificent" after considering "Ultrawoman."Desiree Cousteau stars as the titular heroine, who possesses flight, super-strength, and enhanced senses, but is vulnerable to a glowing green mineral. She leads a double life as an investigative reporter, working alongside colleagues Lois and Clark. The plot introduces an alien invader named Cretia Borgia, accompanied by henchmen in colorful attire, who arrive on Earth in a supermarket parking lot. Key scenes include Ms. Magnificent saving a potential suicide victim and intervening when Lois is coerced into sexual activity for information. The film includes cut scenes, notably one involving a threatened fisting, and features a subplot where male henchmen initially capture Ms. Magnificent but later release her.
