Synopsis:
Cathy, a prostitute, arrives in a small village in Provence to escape her abusive handler, Tony. During her stay, she falls in love with a local farmer named Simon. When Tony finds her, he forces her back into prostitution. Cathy reveals her troubled past to Simon, who, with the support of the villagers, confronts and drives Tony away.
