It connects all her bonds, creating an inescapable spread eagle. All of her bonds are connected, so if she moves a leg, it just makes her wrists tighter. Suddenly, an automatic winch pulls on the wire, tightening the entire bondage. Then slowly over time, the winch tightens more.
