A male doctor and Dr. Petit are collaborating on a plant extract intended to address world hunger, which has an unexpected effect of only working on females. Nurse Kylie enters, offering to help the male doctor but refusing Dr. Petit.
Later, the male doctor and Nurse Kylie engage in a sexual encounter in a patient's room, which Dr. Petit observes with jealousy. In an attempt to cope, Dr. Petit drops some of the plant extract on a popsicle she was giving to a female patient. Upon tasting it, the patient experiences rapid physical changes, including increased height and enhanced sexual arousal. The patient, now feeling empowered and liberated, breaks free from her casts and becomes aggressive towards Dr. Petit. She interacts intimately with Dr. Petit before encountering a large vat of the plant extract, inhaling its fumes.
As the scene unfolds, Dr. Petit and Nurse Kylie both begin to grow in size due to exposure to the plant extract. The male doctor finds himself in a precarious situation as the two larger women assert their dominance over him.
