The narrative follows a powerful superheroine named Suprema, whose overconfidence leads her to confront the villain Scarecrow without proper preparation. Ignoring his warning that it is a trap, she enters his lair with the belief that she has the situation under control.

As she searches for him, Scarecrow secretly observes her. Eventually, she drinks water from his fridge, which has been tampered with to contain a mind-altering drug. This causes her to hallucinate, making her feel weak and powerless.

Taking advantage of her altered state, Scarecrow subdues Suprema, placing her on a bed and exerting control over her. He manipulates her into drinking more of the drugged water, further incapacitating her. The scene depicts her as vulnerable and unable to resist his advances.
