Description:
The story follows the Scarlet Witch, a mutant super-heroine, who is causing chaos among her peers by disregarding established rules. In response, a character known as Miss Arrow is assigned to apprehend her. Miss Arrow infiltrates the Scarlet Witch's residence but finds no signs of her target. Suddenly, she is ambushed by the Scarlet Witch, who uses her mind control powers to dominate Miss Arrow. After being overpowered, Miss Arrow regains consciousness to find herself bound and gagged, restrained by metal bars and leather straps. Despite her attempts to escape, the bondage proves too strong. The Scarlet Witch then enters, wielding a powerful device, indicating her intentions to defeat and humiliate Miss Arrow.
