The story follows Brit Rod, a millionaire playboy known as the Green Horny, who is a trusted ally of Dr. Steele. While enjoying time at his mansion, his sidekick, Nato, faces off against J.I.S.M. Girl Psylicke. Despite his kung fu skills, Nato is overpowered by Psylicke's psychic abilities and is forced to follow her orders, which include attacking his benefactor. This encounter leads to a tragic turn of events. Seeking revenge, the Green Horny turns Psylicke's powers against her. The narrative emphasizes the theme of revenge, described as best served hot and moist. Vicki Chase, portraying Psylicke, delivers an impressive performance.
