is a festival of old-school stop motion animation and fast-paced
satire. Action figures are used to great effect to spoof tv, movies,
music and celebrities.

*We can't speak for dvd source or tv capture source, but these
blurays are 29 fps and DOES NOT need IVTC. And we have a feeling
nukers and groups have been doing the wrong fps for this season.
Many scenes have frames that move without dupes for a long period
of time. And the scenes that dont, have no 4-1 dupe pattern. It will
dupe-move-dupe-move repeat (stop motion). So NO FORM of IVTC is possible without
removing valid frames. We cut samples for each ep showing this, so anyone
with a remote knowledge of encoding can see we are 100% correct at leaving
this at 29 fps as it was intended to be watched. Deinterlaced of course :)
