Season 2 was mislabeled by MOMENTUM from S02E09 and onwards as Season 3, when those episodes were actually the second part of Season 2. S03E01 is actually S02E09, S03E02 is actually S02E10, and so on.

Season 6 was mislabeled by DHD as season 7 and 8. Where S07E01 is actually S06E01, S07E02 is actually S06E02, S08E03 is actually S06E03, and so on.

Since you should never upload renames of Scene and P2P releases you'll all have to do it yourself :)
