NOTES: This tv-series release posed a challenge as the bluray source has
introduced quite a bit of grain and other visual noise not present on the
WEB or HDTV releases. Typically an animated release should provide good
compressibility with excellent quality at lower (30-50% source) bitrates.
Unfortunately test encodes at various CRF values resulted in either encoded
bitrates exceeding the source or the quality being reduced to a level that
was unsatisfactory. Utilizing the 2-pass method with a bitrate between
5000 kb/s and 6000 kb/s (depending on individual episode noise level) has
yielded satisfactory encodes which balance filesize and quality. This rationale
will be used for the remaining episodes within this season sourced from this bluray.

Test samples are included within the /Sample directory as evidence for
the use of 2-pass.
