Nyla visits her friend Amelia but is taken aback to find Amelia's ex-boyfriend on the couch. Amelia is standing against the wall, topless, and unresponsive to Nyla's attempts to communicate. The ex-boyfriend then grabs Nyla and presents a necklace, swinging it gently in front of her. Nyla realizes that Amelia has been hypnotized, but it is too late for her as well; she succumbs to the hypnosis and becomes his slave.
