Robin, also known as Victoria, learns important information about the location of the villain Creeper, who is believed to be abducting young women in the city. Eager to prove herself beyond being a sidekick, Robin chooses to undertake the mission without involving Batgirl. This decision leads her into a dangerous trap set by Creeper, who intends to hypnotize and brainwash her, transforming her into one of his loyal followers. With Robin under his control, Creeper plans to capture Batgirl as well.
