Demuxed with eac3to/DGDemux. The audio from the VS UHD is excellent, so I opted for that. Commentary-wise, even though the "e;bitrate"e; is low on the UHD, it does not have a low pass when compared to the HD versions of it (GER/GBR) Blu-ray. So, I chose the commentaries from UHD and added 2x commentaries from the GBR Disc. Included the Isolated score and effects track from Turbine Blu-ray.

The subtitles on the UHD are painted yellow, so I did some big-brain math to get a rough Idea for tonemapping around it and chose SDH and other options from GER/GBR Disc; they are tonemapped. Additionally, SRT from the web.
