Notes:
Demuxed the correct playlist with respect to the special edition using eac3to, for Atmos, ac3's -keepdialnorm was used.
The audio labeled as mono on the WB UHD is compressed and sounds extremely dull when compared to the Criterion. As far as I know, there is no LD audio for the special edition, but the theatrical does have it (I'll get to that once I upload it). Based on the observations regarding the theatrical mix, the audio present on the Criterion is just way too good, so it was included in both editions. The commentary on the UHD was quite similar across all sources, including DVD, so I went with the UHD option.
Please note that the CC "e;Special Edition Blu-ray"e; is not frame accurate with the UHD. Therefore, the main mono was manually synced to perfection. For your information, only about 4-6 edits were used.
The isolated score was taken from the R1 NTSC DVD, thanks to trashmen for actually finding that DVD ;). It is present in a surround format. However, please note that the DVD is not frame accurate either, so I had to manually sync this one too.
As usual, the sync was done using eac3to edit with keepdialnorm intact, also to avoid converting to wav and then dtsma -- /RIP ;)
Subtitles were tone-mapped and synced to the UHD from the sources mentioned above. Additional SRTs from iTunes (thanks to vevv). English subtitles were avoided as they were poorly translated (web), so I OCR'd the UHD for English text-based options.
Chapter names are taken from the NTSC DVD and positioned to the nearest i-frames/scene changes, matching the DVD.
