Repack Reason: Forced subtitles for foreign parts were forgotten
Used MakeMKV 1.17.4 for the DV videostream, The rest was demuxed with eac3to.
Audio and Commentary from the USA UHD KL disc as it is a little smoother and more nuanced than the GBR Arrow disc and an improvement over the older MPEG2 USA, GBR and GER discs.
Subtitles from all discs, synced and tonemapped as required.
The positioning of the subtitles from the GER, GBR and USA discs needed to be adjusted as they were nearly in the middle of the screen.
Named chapters from the NTSC DVD, Set to matching I-Frames.
