They remove their clothing and secure their ankles and legs to a chair, using a leather strap around the waist for added restraint. A collar is placed around the neck, and weighted clover clamps are attached to sensitive areas, increasing discomfort with additional weights.

Next, clover clamps are applied to the nipples, and pegs are placed on the breasts. A machine connected to the nipple clamps is activated while the wrists are handcuffed behind the back. The machine operates in a circular motion, intensifying the sensation on the nipples. Acknowledging the need for further punishment, the individual intentionally moves the chair away from the machine, increasing the tension and resulting in painful withdrawal of the clamps.
