A man has been observing a young student on a campus. One night, he breaks into her apartment and lies in wait. When she arrives, he attacks her with a needle. He then proceeds to assault her, cutting off her clothing and overpowering her despite her attempts to resist. The man continues his violent actions before ultimately strangling her to death and leaving the scene to seek another victim.
