Synopsis: The story revolves around two new servers, Melissa Jacobs and Charlie Laine, at a Maid Café. Upon starting, they are immediately subjected to training that includes being chair-tied and cleave-gagged to cultivate a subservient demeanor. While Melissa quickly adapts to the training, Charlie remains defiant. When a fellow server, Akira, fails to show up for her shift, Melissa is tasked with attending to a demanding patron. Charlie deceives Melissa into getting tied up with stockings and taped-gagged to take her place. However, while Melissa is confined in the dressing room, Charlie discovers the true nature of the high-paying customer when she ends up restrained in leather cuffs and a ball gag while serving dinner. Their actions catch the attention of the manager, who punishes both maids with extra cleaning duties. Later, while working late, they are confronted by a robber who orders them to strip before tying them back-to-back and gagging them, leaving them exposed in the manager's office.

In a parallel storyline, the manager of the café is revealed to be involved in his own bondage situation at home, where he disciplines his two maids, Erica and Andie, after one confesses to breaking a vase. The film further presents additional scenes featuring Akira Lane, who is restrained at home, pleading for freedom; Jamie Lynn, who resists her employer but ends up bound and gagged; and in a bonus scene, Vivian Ireene Pierce, depicted as a bartender, is seen cleave-gagged and tied standing after the café robbery.
